What ToastDoctor is

ToastDoctor offers free guides, a free speech check, a free first-draft builder, and paid products: a rewrite of your speech and a delivery pack. The check, builder, rewrite, and pack are produced by an AI model working under rules we wrote. They are help with your speech. The speech, and what you say at the wedding, remain yours and your responsibility.

Refunds

If you are not happy with a rewrite or delivery pack for any reason, email hello@toastdoctor.com within seven days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Include the link to your order page. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. We may decline a refund only to someone who has already been refunded for the same speech more than once.

Paid orders

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and charged once, through Stripe. There are no subscriptions.
• Your order is delivered on the same page as your check, usually within a couple of minutes, and stays there for 30 days. There are no accounts, so keep the link or the order email.
• The rewrite includes one free revision, requested from the order page. Further changes are at our discretion; ask.
• If something goes wrong on our side and your order does not arrive, email us. We will deliver it or refund it, your choice.

Your speech and your rights to it

Anything you paste or type is yours. The rewrite, draft, and pack we produce for you are yours too, to use, change, and read at any wedding you like. We claim no rights in them and never publish them. You confirm that what you submit is your own work or something you have the right to use, and that it is a wedding speech or something close to one.

Fair use

The free tools have per-visitor limits and a daily ceiling so they stay free. Do not script them, resell them, or use them to produce anything other than speeches. We may block access that looks like abuse.

What we do not promise

We work hard to make the check honest and the rewrite good, and we stand behind them with the refund policy above. But a speech is a judgment, and a wedding is a room full of people, so we cannot promise a laugh, a tear, or a particular reaction. The tools may make mistakes. Read everything aloud before you use it, fill in every bracket, and change anything that does not sound like you. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

How we handle your speech, your email, and your payment is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to hello@toastdoctor.com or the contact page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
