For couples: the Speech Hub

All your wedding speeches, on one page.

Who’s speaking, in what order, for how long. A note to all of them. A link for each with everything they need. And a quiet way to see who’s ready, without reading a single word before the day.

Free. No accounts for you or your speakers. We only email you, and only if you ask.

What a speaker sees

Hi Nate. You’re giving the best man speech.

Your spot

2 of 4

Your time

5 minutes

“Please keep it to your time, and skip the bachelor party. Love, Sam and Priya”

Then four steps, all free: find a story, write a draft, check it, rehearse it out loud.

What you see

Nate Best man · 5 min

✓ Found a story✓ Checked it✓ Rehearsed 3×

Linda Mother of the bride · 3 min

✓ Opened their page✓ Wrote a draft

Asha Maid of honor · 4 min

Keeping their prep private.

Ticks only. You never see a word they’ve written.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your speakers

Names, which speech, and a time limit for each, in the order they speak.

  2. 2

    Send each their link

A ready-made message for text or WhatsApp. Their page shows their spot, time, your note and free tools.

  3. 3

    See who's ready

Ticks appear as they find a story, check a draft and rehearse. Never their words.

Why couples use it

The speeches are the one part of the wedding you can’t control and can’t read ahead. Most couples handle it with a group text and a hope. The Hub gives every speaker the same three things: their time, your boundaries, and real help. Time limits matter most: the room enjoys about 20 minutes of speeches in total. For the usual running order, see who speaks when, or plan it with the speech order planner.

Planners and venues can set up a Hub for every client from one page: Speech Hub for planners.

Questions

Can we read our speakers' speeches?

No, and that's on purpose. You see progress, like "checked a draft" or "rehearsed 3 times", and only if the speaker leaves sharing on. The words stay theirs until the day.

Do our speakers need an account?

No. Each one gets a link from you. It opens a page with their spot in the order, their time limit, your note, and free tools for writing and rehearsing.

Do you email our speakers?

No. You send each link yourself, by text, WhatsApp or email. We only email you, and only if you give us your address.

How long is it kept?

Until two months after your wedding date, or a year if you don't add one. Then the Hub and everything in it is deleted.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The Hub and the tools are free. If a speaker wants their draft professionally rewritten, that's the optional paid part of the speech check.
